Save Some Trees for Earth Day Extended until April 30th

Save Some Trees for Earth Day Extended until April 30th

Gray Bear Lodge is where we are holding our Spring Retreat located down the Natchez Trace in Hohenwald, TN. Diane and Adam who own and operate Gray Bear are trying to save the wooded land that surrounds their property. If you have ever been to Gray Bear, you know how beautiful and serene it is there. They have a magical place set aside for people to unplug and rejuvenate in nature. They offer a hike to a waterfall during the retreat weekends and the entire property is set in the trees. Trees are the lungs of the earth and it’s up to us to preserve them. So many natural areas are disturbed with development and they are asking for help to save the woods near them so they can continue to be the caretakers of the land and continue offering magical getaways. Check out their website www.graybear.org and look for their project Protecting a Forest: One Tree Pose at a Time and look for their mosaic of images! You can make a contribution of $25 or more and $1000 saves an entire acre. If anyone gifts $108 by 4/30/18 they will be entered to win a R&R weekend at Gray Bear and these can also be donated in memory of someone if you choose. Be sure to add you heard about this through Robbie at Half Moon Yoga.

There is a power when like-minded souls come together to support each other in their journeys. When sacred space is shared, power, intentions and healing is magnified. It is time to gather ourselves to create, extend, and receive support & love! Our first gathering will be about aligning with the full moon. The Pink full moon will occur on 4/29. The Pink moon was named by the American Indian tribes for the little pink flowers called Wild Ground Phlox that BLOOM this time of year.

During this gathering, we will begin with a short guided meditation. During this process, we can open up our chakras and harvest the full moon energy. This will allow us to become aware of and release old beliefs/habits that are no longer serving us. When we release, we can move forward in our journeys and life path.

Next, we will journal any old feelings, emotions, or thoughts no longer serving us and simulate release by shredding the paper. Finally, we will close our gathering with affirmations of love, self-confidence and healing! We will also be able to share any intuitive information we receive through the gathering.

Stacy’s purpose is to guide intuitively and answer any questions that come up in the process. **For those attending and who have registered, please email your preference of the scents listed below to Stacy. She will provide clearing and healing product packages customized to your choice of scents. Please choose from : Lavendar, Rose, Green Tea, or Lemongrass

Every May in honor of Mothers Day, we add in Aromatherapy with our monthly Restorative Yoga one week early. This way you can honor yourself as a mother or offer it to another. Being a mother does not require being a woman or the experience of birthing a child or raising an adoptive one. Mothering comes in many forms and crosses over gender. Sometimes we just need to nurture and mother ourselves with self care and self-love. If you are in the need for conscious relaxation mixed with the medicinal & spiritual benefits of essential oils, you should join us! If you feel the need to gift it to someone who could use a little TLC or even gift it to your own mother, register them now. One of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves or a loved one is the experience of inner peace and tranquility.
