The legs are our foundation and we have the opportunity to improve their performance and alignment through our yoga practice.
Do you stretch your hamstrings consistently yet they remain “tight”? Do your knees and low back stay “achy” most of the time? Do you have a hard time with balance? Have you been practicing yoga for a while yet your hips still seem like they won’t “open”?
In this series, you will learn how to use your legs properly and gain a better understanding of how the feet, ankles, knees and hips work with each other.
