Pranayama is the regulation of breath through certain techniques. These breathing techniques require concentration and focuses ones thoughts solely on the breath, resulting in a more relaxed mind and body during meditation. This workshop is for all, novice or experienced are welcome. Laura will discuss the benefits of meditation, pranayama, and why they work so well together. She will lead you through some specific breathing exercises and incorporate a guided meditation to ensure you leave feeling successful and relaxed.
