Robbie wants to introduce you to the magical influence of mantra & movement. Yoga should be mindful motion or what we like to call contemplative, compassionate action. A mantra is a tool of particular words or phrases that can help one conquer a restless mind. Mantras can be used for focused meditation and have been used for therapeutic benefits and healing. Thoughts and words are based in energy so repeating mantras can transmute energy and help us transcend emotions as well as the senses that want to keep us entangled in our affairs within the world. In this workshop we will work with up to 2 mantras and use them both within our guided movement of postures as well as utilize within formal meditation. This combination will give you the experience of the magic of mantra & movement!
